Children's Sabbath School
On Sabbath morning, there is a Sabbath school class for every age group. Each class welcomes children to about an hour of active learning geared for their stage of development. These classes provide faith-shaping experiences for newborns through adolescents. CRADLE ROW AGES:0-4 The program provides learning about Jesus in a fun and active way. A variety of songs tell how wonderful our Creator is and reinforces the theme. Each child is given the opportunity to listen to a Bible story and learn a new memory verse each week. Our class encourages community inside the church and out. KINDERGARTEN AGES: 4-6 The kindergarten program invites children to “Come Meet Jesus.” Through hands-on activities, songs, stories, Bible lessons, and prayer; the children grow into the knowledge of their most precious Friend and Savior, Jesus Christ. PRIMARY AGES: 7-9 Our mission in the Primary class is to introduce the love of Jesus to the children. Fun activities are provided with awesome staff who spread the world of Christ to the Primary class. JUNIORS Ages 10-12 Energy and innocence mark the enthusiastic efforts of our 10-12 years olds. This robust group of 4th, 5th and 6th graders enjoy Bible challenges and contests that anchor the Word of God in their youthful minds. ADVENTURERS
The Adventurer program was created to assist parents in their important responsibilities as a child’s primary teachers and evangelizers. The program aims to strengthen the parent/child relationship and to further the child’s development in spiritual, physical, mental, and social areas. Through the Adventurer Program, the church, home, and school can work together with the parent to develop a mature, happy child. The Adventurer Club was created to give children an opportunity to belong to an organized peer group. To join, children are invited to participate in various activities which will improve their social skills. The Adventurer Club involves children in grades 1-4 and their parents. The programming and planning for Adventurers should be simple and short, but creative. Parental involvement provides opportunities for parents to participate in the learning experience. One of the Adventurer Club objectives is to provide a meaningful and exciting experience as the children look forward with anticipation to some day being Pathfinders. What is the Adventurer curriculum designed to accomplish? Children will, at their own level, commit their hearts and lives to Jesus Christ. Children will gain a positive attitude toward the benefits, joys, and responsibilities of living a Christian life. Children will acquire the habits, skills and knowledge needed to live for Jesus today. Parents and other primary care-givers will become more confident and effective as co-laborers with Christ for their children.
AudioVisual (AV) Ministry
Help needed! The AV team is one of our church’s most important ministries! They provide the sound and the visuals for all our worship services and other meetings. They also record each sermon and share the services via Facebook and Youtube. They also help to produce other content as well.
Hospitality & Greeters Ministry
The most valuable earthly possession a person can have is a warm, supportive friendship. People without relationships are miserable people, but relationships cannot be purchased. They arise from our innermost needs, grounded in our God-given ability to love and care for others. A growing, healthy church nurtures healthy relationships. The ministry to which a person is called when he or she becomes a member of the hospitality team will include the following duties: Taking care of visitors. Caring for new members. Coordination between hospitality ministry and the social committee of the church or the small group ministry.
Pastor's Class / Baptismal Class
Learn more in depth about the Bible, about prophecies in the Bible, about current events and future events, current issues and more in this class that meets Saturday mornings 9:30am.
Health & Temperance Ministry
This team makes church members aware of important health issues and educates new members on the health and temperance message of the church. They plan activities and events to promote health and wellness. They organize health screenings and seminars for the public.
Prison Ministry
Prisons are often filled to capacity with inmates, but is God’s message of forgiveness and hope also entering these prisons? Our Prison Ministries department strives to meet each inmate where they are and bring them the message of God’s forgiveness, righteousness, and plan for a better life. We also need more volunteers who visit those who are incarcerated as well as those who minister to the families of those who are incarcerated.
Choir & Orchestra
Are you a soprano, alto, tenor, baritone, or bass? Do you play musical instrument? Contact our Music Director Andrei for more info.
